Clients must provide timely assets, approvals, credentials, accurate business information, legal review where needed, and authority to connect third-party systems.
Third-party costs such as hosting, model usage, telephony, SMS, email, paid media, fonts, stock media, compliance tools, and SaaS subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included.
All AI, voice, SMS, and automation workflows must include approved scripts, consent language, fallback procedures, and human escalation rules.
