Perspicacity Package

Enterprise Operating Layer

A fully custom-built operating system for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools — built from the ground up to match exactly how your company works.

Best for: Multi-location services, SaaS, private clinics, B2B operations

Fit

Who this package is for.

Perfect fit

Larger organizations with real complexity: multiple locations, multiple service lines, high call or lead volume, teams that need to see data across the whole operation, or regulated industries with specific compliance requirements. This isn't a template engagement — every component is scoped and built specifically for your situation.

Best for: Multi-location services, SaaS, private clinics, B2B operations

Terms you’ll see on this page — explained simply

n8n automation suite
n8n is an open-source automation tool that connects your software together — like a more powerful, self-hosted version of Zapier. We build your workflows in n8n so you own the logic, can inspect every step, and aren't paying per-task to a third-party service.
Data warehouse
A central database that stores all your business data — leads, revenue, call logs, campaign performance — in one place so you can run reports, spot trends, and make decisions based on the full picture, not siloed department data.
CRM reporting layer
A connected set of dashboards and reports built on top of your CRM (customer tracking software) that shows your team what matters: where leads come from, which ones convert, how fast you respond, and what the revenue outcome was for each source.
AI content provenance
Proof that AI-generated content is exactly what it claims to be, created when it claims to have been created, and hasn't been altered. We add invisible watermarks and digital signatures to AI-generated media — so you can verify the origin and show regulators the proof. Required by new transparency laws in the EU and California.
EU AI Act / SB-942
Laws requiring businesses to clearly disclose when content was created by AI. California SB-942 is already in effect. The EU AI Act Art. 50 obligation applies to new builds from Aug 2, 2026; systems already on the market have until Dec 2, 2026 to comply. Non-compliance carries real legal and financial risk.
Operating runbooks
Step-by-step written guides that explain how your system works, what to do when something goes wrong, who owns each part of the operation, and how to hand it off to a new team member. A runbook means your operation doesn't live only in one person's head.
Scope

What’s included, explained simply.

Everything below is explicit. Nothing is implied or assumed to be included unless it appears in this list.

What you get — in plain terms

  1. A custom web application, client portal, or multi-location management system — built to your exact requirements, with your team's workflow baked in from the start. You own the code and the data.
  2. Multiple AI agents (voice and chat) with intelligent routing logic — so the right inquiry goes to the right team, location, or specialist automatically. Configured for your specific business rules.
  3. A full automation suite (built on n8n, an open-source automation platform you control) that handles lead routing, follow-up sequences, document intake, invoicing, internal notifications, and any other repetitive process that currently requires manual work. Every automation has error monitoring and a human alert if something fails.
  4. A real data layer: either a connected CRM with custom reporting or a purpose-built data warehouse, depending on your volume and needs. Every lead, every source, every outcome — tracked and visible.
  5. Lifecycle automation (email, SMS, re-engagement), reputation management, document intake, and QA automation — all as modules that can be turned on or off based on what your operation needs.
  6. Security documentation, access controls, operating runbooks (step-by-step guides for your team), and a defined support path — so the system is maintainable and auditable, not a black box.
  7. AI content provenance marking and compliance readiness for the transparency laws taking effect in 2026 (EU AI Act and California SB-942). If your business generates AI content, this pack ensures you can prove where it came from and meet the disclosure requirements.

Full inclusions checklist

Boundaries

What’s not included — and why.

Knowing what’s excluded is just as important as knowing what’s in. If something you need isn’t on this list, it can be added as an expansion module or a separate engagement — ask on the system audit call.

What’s not included — and the reason

  1. We don't provide or produce medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice through any AI system we build. AI can screen, route, and summarize — but regulated judgment always goes to a licensed human.
  2. We don't clone any person's voice without explicit, documented consent from that individual. Voice personas for enterprise systems use consented professional voices only.
  3. We don't build you into a system where a single vendor can shut off your data or hold your workflow hostage. Everything we build is documented, exportable, and owned by you — no proprietary lock-in.

Not included

  • Unapproved regulated advice
  • Unconsented voice cloning
  • Black-box vendor lock-in

Items above require a separate engagement or expansion module. Ask about any specific capability on the system audit call.

Timeline

How long it takes, and what happens when.

Timeline in plain terms

Eight to sixteen weeks or more, depending on scope. Discovery and planning take two to three weeks — this phase is where we map your workflows, data model, and integration requirements in detail. Build and integration run in parallel workstreams. QA and testing happen before any component goes live. Complex, multi-location or regulated-industry projects sit at the longer end of the range.

Estimated timeline
8-16+ weeks
Infrastructure
$500-$3,000+/mo typical

Pricing

How the price works.

Pricing shown here is a planning range. Final scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables are confirmed after the system audit and controlled by a signed statement of work.

How the price works — in plain terms

Setup is $15,000 to $50,000 or more, scoped precisely after the discovery phase — not estimated from a template. The monthly fee of $3,000 to $10,000 or more covers managed hosting, AI system maintenance, automation monitoring, ongoing optimization, reporting, and a defined support path. Infrastructure (servers, databases, AI compute, telephony) is a separate pass-through billed at actual cost.
