Package comparison
Packages and Scope

Fixed scope. Clear inclusions. You own everything that ships.

Each package is a defined delivery, not an open-ended retainer with hidden overage. You know what is included before signing, what is not, and exactly what the proof gates are before we call the system ready. Pick the smallest package that can prove a revenue path — then expand from real demand, not from a pitch deck.

Plain-English Overviews

What each package actually is, in plain words.

No jargon. No assumptions. Each card below tells you what the package is, who it’s for, and what outcome you should expect from it.

Diagnostic Sprint

Owners who need a precise plan before committing to a build

A focused investigation that tells you exactly what to build, what to skip, and what it will cost — before you spend a dollar on production.

Who it’s for

Business owners who don't want to guess. If you're deciding between a new website, an AI phone line, or better lead tracking, this sprint gives you a written plan with real numbers so you can move forward with confidence — not assumptions.

Funnel
The path a stranger takes to become a paying customer — from first click to final booking or purchase. We look at every step to find where people drop off.
Conversion map
A simple diagram showing which pages you need, what action each page is supposed to trigger, and how they connect.
Schema
Invisible labels you add to your website that help Google and AI tools understand what your business is, where it's located, and what it offers. Think of it as metadata Google actually reads.

Best used as the scoping gate for the Launch System (including Launch+ content depth) or Growth Engine.

HVAC, dental, professional service launches

Launch System

Local businesses that need an immediate conversion foundation

A fast, professional website that's built to capture leads from day one — not just look pretty.

Who it’s for

Local businesses that need to get online quickly and start generating inquiries. If you run a dental practice, HVAC company, law firm, or any local service business and your current website isn't generating real leads — or you don't have a site yet — this is your entry point. The Launch+ option adds more depth if you need it.

Terms explained

Speed-to-lead
How fast you respond to a new inquiry. Studies consistently show that responding within 5 minutes dramatically increases your chances of booking the customer. We wire your forms to notify you instantly.
Schema
Invisible code added to your site that tells search engines and AI tools exactly what your business does, where it's located, and what services you offer. It helps you show up in the right searches.
Analytics and conversion events
Tracking that tells you what actions visitors are taking on your site — like submitting a form, clicking your phone number, or booking an appointment. Without this, you're guessing what's working.
Launch+ depth option
An upgrade to the 5-page Launch System that expands your site to 8-12 pages with full copywriting, service-specific pages, FAQ pages, and trust proof pages. Think of it as the difference between a brochure and a real sales asset.

Start lean at 5 pages or choose Launch+ for an 8-12 page authority build, then add a self-hosted AI voice line, review capture, and GEO content after proof of demand.

Home services, clinics, property teams, appointment-heavy businesses

Voice Operations Layer

Teams losing revenue to missed calls, slow response, and manual scheduling

An AI phone system that answers every call, books appointments, and follows up with leads automatically — even when your team is busy or closed.

Who it’s for

Businesses where the phone is how most customers make contact: home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing), medical and wellness clinics, property management teams, and anyone running an appointment-based business. If you're missing calls after hours or your team spends too much time on phone tag, this is the fix.

$4,500-$12,000$750-$2,500/mo + usage

  • Self-hosted voice architecture
  • Inbound receptionist or outbound reactivation agent
  • Consent, escalation, and transfer rules
  • CRM/calendar/webhook integration
  • Transcript review and call quality QA

Terms explained

Self-hosted voice
The AI runs on our own servers, not a rented third-party voice platform. This means you're not dependent on an outside vendor staying online, and you don't pay per-minute rates to a voice API company.
Inbound vs outbound
Inbound means the AI picks up when customers call you. Outbound means the AI calls your existing leads or past customers — for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or re-engagement campaigns.
Consent and escalation rules
Before the AI goes live, we define and document: (1) what the AI is allowed to say and do, (2) exactly which situations it must immediately transfer to a human, and (3) how call recordings and transcripts are stored and disclosed to callers.
STT / TTS
Speech-to-text (STT) converts what the caller says into text the AI can process. Text-to-speech (TTS) converts the AI's response back into natural-sounding speech. Both run on our own infrastructure.
Webhook integration
A connection between the phone system and your other software (calendar, CRM, email) that fires automatically when something happens — like logging a new appointment or sending a confirmation text.

Expand into multilingual reception, after-hours dispatch, reactivation campaigns, and QA dashboards.

Multi-location services, SaaS, private clinics, B2B operations

Enterprise Operating Layer

Teams with complex workflows, multiple locations, or high-volume lead flow

A fully custom-built operating system for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools — built from the ground up to match exactly how your company works.

Who it’s for

Larger organizations with real complexity: multiple locations, multiple service lines, high call or lead volume, teams that need to see data across the whole operation, or regulated industries with specific compliance requirements. This isn't a template engagement — every component is scoped and built specifically for your situation.

Terms explained

n8n automation suite
n8n is an open-source automation tool that connects your software together — like a more powerful, self-hosted version of Zapier. We build your workflows in n8n so you own the logic, can inspect every step, and aren't paying per-task to a third-party service.
Data warehouse
A central database that stores all your business data — leads, revenue, call logs, campaign performance — in one place so you can run reports, spot trends, and make decisions based on the full picture, not siloed department data.
CRM reporting layer
A connected set of dashboards and reports built on top of your CRM (customer tracking software) that shows your team what matters: where leads come from, which ones convert, how fast you respond, and what the revenue outcome was for each source.
AI content provenance
Proof that AI-generated content is exactly what it claims to be, created when it claims to have been created, and hasn't been altered. We add invisible watermarks and digital signatures to AI-generated media — so you can verify the origin and show regulators the proof. Required by new transparency laws in the EU and California.
EU AI Act / SB-942
Laws requiring businesses to clearly disclose when content was created by AI. California SB-942 is already in effect. The EU AI Act Art. 50 obligation applies to new builds from Aug 2, 2026; systems already on the market have until Dec 2, 2026 to comply. Non-compliance carries real legal and financial risk.
Operating runbooks
Step-by-step written guides that explain how your system works, what to do when something goes wrong, who owns each part of the operation, and how to hand it off to a new team member. A runbook means your operation doesn't live only in one person's head.

Add managed acquisition, custom AI tools, or white-label portals.

How each package is scoped

Setup is a one-time fee that covers everything needed to go live: strategy, design, writing, build, integrations, testing, and launch. Monthly fees cover ongoing support, hosting, performance monitoring, optimization work, and reporting — the scope varies by package. Usage fees (phone calls, SMS messages, AI processing) are tracked separately at actual cost because the right amount depends on your call and message volume. Infrastructure costs (servers, databases, domain, email delivery) are owned by you and passed through at cost — so you’re never paying a markup on the infrastructure running your own business.

Book the system audit

Not sure which package fits? The system audit maps your current bottleneck to the right entry point — no pressure, no guessing.
